What to Expect
Each leader and team are different and services are customized to the needs of each client.
In each session, I use a blend of career coaching and experiential exercises, while teaching The Adult Chair® model.
At the end of your session, you will receive tools and next steps to use on your own, so your transformation continues well beyond our time together.
Some sessions may be practical career tips and others may focus on releasing internalized limiting beliefs. Some may find it beneficial to meet with me every other week for consistency, and others may prefer to have a monthly check in. Meetings are virtual.
My organizational clients may choose to have an environmental assessment and a strategic plan with guidance. They may also choose to leverage my career coaching for individuals in the organization.
